Censorship in KGB Jail Verges on Insanity

Source: Charter97.org Relatives of political prisoners are not allowed to pass greeting cards to the jail. This decision was announced on February 23, when wives and mothers of KGB detainees tried to pass their relatives greeting cards among other things.
